Delete your RealTalk account

You can permanently delete your RealTalk account, your reply history, and your premium status at any time. This page explains how.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)

Open the RealTalk app on your phone
Tap the Settings tab at the bottom right
Scroll down and tap Delete account
Confirm the deletion prompt

Your account and all associated data are removed immediately. You will be signed out and returned to the welcome screen.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email us at support@getrealtalk.ai from the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.

Please include in the email:

The email address you used to sign up
A short confirmation of your request (e.g., "Please delete my account and all data.")

What gets deleted

Important: active App Store / Google Play subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Subscriptions are managed by Apple and Google, not by us, and must be cancelled in:

iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → RealTalk → Cancel
Android: Google Play app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → RealTalk → Cancel

If you delete your account without cancelling first, your subscription will continue to renew. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com (Apple) or play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory (Google).

This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, we cannot recover your reply history, account settings, or premium status. If you want to take a break instead, simply uninstall the app — your data stays put and you can sign back in later.
